  • My platform of choice is Squarespace as from experience, it is the easiest platform for business owners to learn and maintain & is therefore the most stress-free! Of course, I will also provide you with video training at the end of the project to make this even easier for you and/or your team.

  • The payment of your project is split into two. 50% is due when you book a slot in the calendar and the remaining 50% is due at the end of the project.

  • At the end of every project I will provide you with free video trainings so you and/or your team will be confident in updating your website yourself.

    However if you did want additional support at the end of the project, I offer an exclusive maintenance package to people I have worked with.

  • Business is busy - I get it! That’s why I strive to make my process as stress-free as possible.

    Most of your time will be required between booking and the start of the project when you collate all of the photos, copy, logos etc… Of course, I will provide you with a comprehensive list and project planner to make this as easy as possible for you. If you want a sneak peak at the exact project planner I use, you can download it here.

    During the project, we will have a meeting at each milestone so you have a chance to review progress. But the rest is down to me!

  • I usually book about four weeks in advance, so I would recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you start thinking you need a designer and well before your deadline.

  • For custom websites, we start with a discovery call to ensure we’re a good fit. From there, you’ll get a formal proposal and contract to lock in your website build dates and then we’ll set up a time for our Strategy Call.

    After the Strategy Call, I’ll set you up on your customer portal where I will guide you so you know exactly what you’ll need to provide. You’ll have until the website build begins to provide all your content.

    Then I’ll build your website over 2 to 3 weeks depending on the package you chose. We’ll have 2 scheduled screenshares for alignment and tweaks before launch.

  • Are you an a creative or service provider? Then we might be a fit! Fill out my contact form to get the ball rolling and then we can schedule a discovery call to make sure we’re a good match.

  • No. I am in charge of the design of your website and the look and feel of the visuals. I collaborate with multiple photographers that take beautiful and professional photos, so please get in touch if your business needs hi-res photographs to do your new website justice!
